Halllooooooo

I want to share my trip in Thailand.

The journey started from Singapore by Jetstar to Bangkok for 2 hours 30 minutes. Arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport, driver from the hotel took us directly to Chonburi. Chonburi is one district in Thailand, distance at least 100km from Bangkok city. We stayed here Because Nico had to go to the client, located in the industrial area called Rayong or 10 minutes drive from our hotel in Chonburi. Our hotel named Pattana Golf Club & Resort. The hotel was AMAZING !! It was in the middle of nowhere but the view is so super 😍😍

After Nico completed his work, we went to Pattaya. Pattaya is one of famous city. Attract many tourists to come. We stayed in Agate pattaya boutique resort located in Jomtien beach, I really this hotel the thai-style room they had 😍😍 Cost SGD 50 /night, that included breakfast and welcome drink at the swimming pool bar!

We choose grabtaxi to go around. First place we visited is Pattaya Floating Market. This place show us about thai-style traditional market. Inside you can find lot of souvenir shops and typical of Thai food. Entrance fee TBH 200 /person, if with the boat cost will be TBH 800 /person.

The next morning we ordered grabtaxi to go Sanctuary of truth. It is a building made of wood and inside there were varieties of sculpture about Buddhist and Hindu culture. This building is a project of Thailand businessman named Lek Vriyaphat. Sculptures told about life cycles, the relationship between human, the relationship with the universe and the purpose of life. Unfortunately while we were here they did renovation, so there were plenty of workers everywhere 😕

On monday we moved to Bangkok, we took private taxi and cost TBH 1000. We stayed at Courtyard Hotel by Marriot. This hotel located in central of Bangkok also surrounded by the luxury malls. The nearest BTS station from our hotel is Ratchadamri. While in Bangkok we only visited Royal Palace because we've been to the other Wat. To go Royal Palace, we took BTS from nearest station to Taksin station and continued with orange Chayo Pharaya express boat. Grand palace was the residence of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (who recently died) now they moved to the royal residence of Dusit palace. Currently they use Grand Palace for king events as also as tourism place. Prepare TBH 500 /person to see this beautiful palace. Must attire to wear inside Grand Palace : 1. foot should be covered, 2. prohibited to wear sleeve-less clothes, 3. mandatory to use long pants. You can rent proper clothes inside the palace if your clothes not suitable with the requirements so don't worry.

So that is it my story in Thailand, Hopefully you will enjoy reading it and see you on my next post!

Lot of love,

Cika
